



Service Commitment
All products of the access control system provided by our company have a quality guarantee period of two years (starting from the date of acceptance). Within two years, if there are operational obstacles or equipment failures not caused by human factors, our company will handle or replace them in a timely manner. The quality warranty period for the supporting decoration parts (including processed supporting door bodies) provided by our company is two years (starting from the date of acceptance).
After the product installation and acceptance, our company will provide the product user manual and product qualification certificate and other relevant materials to the owner or relevant units.
After the product installation and acceptance, our company will send technicians to the site to explain the correct operation methods and daily maintenance precautions of the equipment to the relevant personnel of the client, to ensure the trouble-free operation of the equipment.
Within two years after the product installation, our company will conduct regular follow-up visits to the products. For any obvious or hidden faults that occur, we will provide telephone guidance or dispatch technicians to the site as soon as possible to eliminate the faults.
After the expiration of the product quality guarantee period provided by our company, an agreement can be signed according to the client’s wishes to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. For influential projects or industry users, our company can sign special maintenance agreements with them and offer special preferential treatments.
For products that have exceeded the warranty period, our company will be responsible for the replacement of product components and the elimination of faults (only charging for material costs), ensuring lifetime maintenance services for the products.
