The standard canopy height is 300mm, the standard door panel height is ≤ 3000mm. For some customized models, the passage height can reach 3300mm, and the total height is 3600mm. Installation requires a ground levelness error of no more than ±2mm. The load-bearing value at the column is 100Kg/49cm, and the foundation thickness should be no less than 15cm.

    Power supply is AC 220V, 50Hz, total rated power is 600W. It is equipped with 0.25kw×2 motors. Normal rotational speed is ≤ 750mm, for the disabled, it is ≤ 350mm. The running noise is low.     Main structure
    It uses 6063-T5 highest-level aluminum alloy profiles, which have undergone high-temperature aging treatment. All processing holes are formed at one time, and the structural accuracy is high.     It is equipped with imported PLC microcomputer control system and color touch screen, which can display fault points and fault areas, and realize human-machine dialogue. Some adopt infrared TOF laser measurement technology, with hidden laser anti-collision devices, high detection accuracy and stability, and can self-learn detection distance when powered on.
    Foundation and safety accessories
    Most hardware accessories and screws are made of stainless steel, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; it is equipped with imported high-mobility rubber wheels, which can withstand low temperatures down to -25℃, and is paired with C-shaped tracks that can be inserted into sealing brushes. The door body is equipped with start sensor, position anti-collision sensor, contact safety rubber strip and photoelectric device, which can automatically stop to avoid injury, and the sealing brush and rubber sheet enhance the sealing effect.

    It needs to be customized according to the outer diameter of the rotating door and the size of the installation opening. The width is usually 150mm to 300mm wider than the door frame, and the height matches the height of the building door opening. Generally, it is coordinated with the total height of the rotating door (such as around 3600mm), ensuring a balanced overall proportion.
    Compatibility
    It needs to be compatible with the installation requirements of the rotating door. Sufficient operation space is reserved at the connection point with the door body. The surface flatness error is no more than 3mm to ensure the installation fit.

    Material characteristics

    Frame and decorative materials
    The main frame mostly uses 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles or galvanized steel plates of the same material as the rotating door to enhance structural strength and style consistency. The exterior decoration usually uses stainless steel (such as hairline, mirror surface, etc.). The processing methods such as fluorocarbon coating or anodizing can be selected according to the architectural style. For some high-end scenarios, titanium alloy or copper materials can be selected to enhance the texture.
    Auxiliary materials
    The connection area is filled with elastic sealing rubber strips to reduce gaps; the surface decoration can be combined with tempered glass or decorative lines, balancing aesthetics and practicality. The glass needs to be polished and chamfered to ensure safety.

    Fixation and connection
    Stainless steel expansion screws and connecting pieces are used for fixation. Strengthened expansion bolts are set at the column position to ensure a firm connection with the wall and meet the load-bearing performance standards. Special aluminum or stainless steel angle brackets are equipped at the corner to enhance the connection strength. The surface is finely polished to avoid burrs and gaps.
    Decoration and matching accessories
