Material features
The main structure is made of national standard 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles, reinforced by strong bolts, with strong stability. The outer arc wall glass commonly uses 8mm transparent curved tempered glass or 4+0.38+4mm laminated safety glass, and the flat glass of the revolving part is mostly 6mm tempered glass. Fixed glass can be 8mm ordinary white tempered glass. The exterior decoration can be fluorocarbon spray or stainless steel, and the top plate is commonly 2mm white fluorocarbon spray aluminum plate.
Hardware features
Equipped with imported PLC microcomputer control system and variable frequency speed regulation system, the drive system is mostly composed of German imported components. Hardware accessories and fasteners are mainly made of stainless steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; the door body roller load capacity is less than 300kg, and is matched with high wear-resistant rubber wheels, suitable for low-temperature environments. It is equipped with an imported sensing system and anti-pinch and anti-collision devices, as well as fault display and fire linkage functions, enhancing the safety of use.
Single-opening floor spring doors on both sides
Product parameters
The width of a single door leaf is usually 800mm to 1200mm, the height matches that of the revolving door leaf (2200mm to 3000mm), and it can support door weights of over 300 pounds. Some heavy-duty floor springs can support up to 500kg. The floor spring supports 360° free rotation and has multiple positioning functions at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. It automatically returns when the angle is less than 75°, and the closing speed can be adjusted through the hydraulic damping system.
Material features
The door frame and door leaf frame are made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles, which are strong and lightweight. Glass can be 6mm to 12mm tempered glass or insulating glass (such as 5mm + 20A + 5mm or 6mm + 12A + 6mm), balancing light transmission and heat insulation and sound insulation performance.
Hardware features
The core component, the floor spring, is mostly selected from well-known brands such as Crown 818, made of high-strength stainless steel or titanium steel, anti-corrosion and rust-proof, with a finely polished surface to prevent fingerprint residue. It is equipped with a 201-type silver cylindrical floor lock, and some can be paired with multi-point locking systems; the top and bottom hinge has passed 1 million times of opening and closing tests, rotating smoothly and having strong load-bearing capacity.

The height is usually 300mm to 600mm, in harmony with the overall proportion of the door body. The glass commonly uses a double-layer insulating structure, such as 5mm + 20A + 5mm or 6mm + 12A + 6mm specifications. In some scenarios, laminated insulating glass can be selected to enhance safety.
Material features
The frame material is consistent with the door body, mostly 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles, ensuring a unified style. The glass is tempered, breaking into non-sharp granular pieces. The aluminum spacer of the insulating glass can enhance the insulation and heat insulation effect.
Hardware features
Fixed top lights are fixed with stainless steel pressure strips and sealing strips to ensure the glass is firmly installed and has good sealing. If it is a movable top light, it is equipped with small hinges and handles. The hinges are made of high-load-bearing stainless steel, rotating smoothly and being highly durable.
