Main Structure
It adopts national standard 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles, which are treated with high-temperature aging, and all processing holes are formed at one time, with high structural accuracy; the internal steel structure beams are matched to enhance the overall stability, and the door leaf profiles are separately molded, with thickened type display box brackets to ensure stable operation.
Glass Material
The outer arc wall glass commonly uses 8mm transparent curved tempered glass or 4+0.38+4mm laminated safety glass, the flat glass of the rotating part is mostly 6mm flat tempered glass, and the fixed glass can be 8mm ordinary white tempered glass; the glass groove is equipped with rubber sealing strips for sealing.
Outer Decoration and Sealing Materials
The outer decoration can be fluorocarbon spraying or stainless steel, and the top plate commonly uses 2mm white fluorocarbon spraying aluminum plate; the special sealing layer of the sealing cabin is equipped with a wool and plant fiber brush to enhance the anti-deformation ability and sealing performance.

Drive and Control System
It is equipped with an imported PLC microcomputer control system and a variable frequency speed regulation system, and the drive system mostly uses imported components from Germany; the drive structure is transmitted through bevel gears, with precise and stable operation; the drive box is centrally arranged with mechanical components for easy maintenance and repair.
Basic Hardware Accessories
Most of the hardware accessories and screws are made of stainless steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; it is equipped with high-wear-resistant rubber wheels made of imported raw materials, with a low-temperature resistance of up to -25℃, and C-shaped tracks that can be inserted with sealing brushes are provided to extend the service life of the equipment.
Sealing and Safety Accessories
The sealing cabin is equipped with special magnetic sealing strips or pull-down sealing strips, some of which have undergone more than 400,000 tests and have sound insulation, smoke prevention, and heat insulation functions; the door body is equipped with contact safety sensing strips, multiple non-contact safety sensors, and fault displays, and it also supports emergency buttons and manual push evacuation, and can achieve fire linkage.
