Size Specifications (including door frame)
Inner diameter of the door opening (core size of the revolving door): Commonly 2800mm – 3800mm, maximum custom size up to 4000mm; Corresponding outer diameter (including door frame): 160mm – 200mm larger than the inner diameter (e.g., 2800mm, outer diameter approximately 2960mm).
Door frame size
Width (distance protruding from the wall) 150mm – 300mm, height the same as or slightly higher than the door body (usually 2600mm – 3200mm), adjustable according to the building facade design.
Grille Parameters
Height mostly level with the ceiling of the door body (500mm – 800mm), grille spacing 100mm – 150mm (ensuring light transmission while also considering decoration), thickness 8mm – 12mm.
Installation and Adaptation Parameters
Ground bearing capacity requirement:
≥ 300kg/㎡ (ensuring stable operation of the door body over time, avoiding ground settlement and offset).
Installation space
Need to reserve top maintenance space (≥ 300mm), side reserved position for motor control cabinet (about 600mm × 400mm × 200mm).

Door Body Core Materials
Revolving door frame
Main frame uses 304 stainless steel (thickness 1.0mm – 1.5mm) or 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles (surface fluorocarbon coating/wood grain transfer), high strength and suitable for different decorative styles; connection parts use cast aluminum accessories to avoid welding deformation.
Glass
Door panel glass is 6mm tempered glass (sound insulation and heat insulation), curved wall glass uses 8mm heat-bent tempered glass (adhered to the circular door body); grille glass can be selected as frosted tempered glass or wired tempered glass (enhancing privacy and decoration).
Door Frame Materials
Base layer
Galvanized steel plate (thickness 1.35mm) as the base, moisture-proof and rust-proof, ensuring the stability of the frame structure.
Surface layer
Unified with the door body frame material, can choose 304 stainless steel (brushed/etched pattern), fluorocarbon-coated aluminum plate (color customization, such as champagne gold, dark brown) with surface flatness error ≤ 2mm/2m.
Grille Materials
Frame
Aluminum square tubes (20mm × 40mm or 30mm × 30mm), lightweight and not prone to deformation;
Decorative surface
Consistent with the surface layer of the door frame (such as stainless steel, fluorocarbon aluminum plate), or choose metal mesh (such as aluminum grid mesh), balancing transparency and modernity; some high-end scenarios can select copper grille to enhance the texture.

Grille Materials
Drive motor
Use DC brushless motor (brands mostly German SEW, Japanese Panasonic), noise ≤ 55dB, lifespan ≥ 50,000 hours; Combined with planetary gear reducers, the rotation is smooth without any jerks. Even with the increased load of the door frame cover and grille, it can still operate stably.
Controller
Equipped with PLC programmable controller (supports customized functions, such as linkage with building intelligent systems), it comes with overload protection, overvoltage protection; supports touch control for speed adjustment, one-click switch to disabled mode for the disabled, and some models can be connected to a mobile phone APP for remote monitoring of the door status.
Transmission and Supporting Hardware
Top Load-bearing
Uses imported NSK/SKF deep groove ball bearings, each bearing can bear a load of ≥ 200kg, with 3 sets of bearings evenly distributed to ensure that the total weight of the door body (including the door frame cover + grille) (usually 800kg – 1500kg) is evenly distributed and rotates without deviation for a long time.
Bottom Guidance
Hidden nylon guide wheels (with high wear resistance and friction coefficient ≤ 0.1), adhering to the circular stainless steel track, reducing noise while avoiding shaking of the door body during rotation.
Safety and Protective Hardware
Anti-collision Device
Embedded infrared beam sensors on the edge of the door leaf + airbag-type anti-collision rubber strips (2 – 4 sets), with an感应 distance of 50mm – 100mm, stopping rotation immediately upon contact with a person or object; Hidden anti-collision sensors are also installed on the inner side of the door frame cover to prevent pedestrians from colliding with the cover.
Emergency Function
Equipped with a manual unlocking device (the door body can be manually pushed after power failure, in line with fire protection standards), and an emergency stop button (with a prominent red marking, pressing it will immediately stop the machine)
