The rotation speed is adjustable between 0.5 and 1.5 r/min, with a default speed of 1.0 r/min; the passage capacity is approximately 30 to 45 people per minute; the environmental adaptability is -30℃ to 50℃, and the wind resistance level is ≤8; the power supply is AC 220V/380V, with a standby power consumption of ≤10W and an operating power consumption of ≤150W.
Material Introduction
Frame Material
It adopts the national standard 6063 T5 aluminum alloy profile column load-bearing structure, with an overall aluminum alloy die-cast profile frame, which is of high strength and good stability. Some also use 304/316 stainless steel, with a thickness of 1.0-1.5mm.
Outer Cladding Material
Stainless steel cladding is available, with various textures such as hairline, satin, sandblasted, brushed, and mirror finish, and a wide range of colors; fluorocarbon spray cladding, with 78 color samples available for selection, and customization is also possible; copper plate cladding, with two materials of brass and red copper, and the surface color can be customized.
Hardware Features
Drive system
It adopts an AC variable frequency motor, with stepless speed regulation, energy saving, and a design service life of up to 15 years, and is maintenance-free without carbon brushes.
Transmission and Support Components
Forged mechanical processing tracks, combined with super-large conductive slip rings and roller-type conductive contacts, ensure smooth rotation of the door body.
Safety Protection Hardware
The wing anti-collision rubber strip is equipped with an airbag-type sensor. When the rubber strip is compressed, the door wing stops rotating immediately; the column anti-squeeze rubber strip is equipped with a concealed sensor. If it encounters an object or is compressed, the door leaf stops rotating immediately. In addition, it is also equipped with a disabled button. When pressed, the rotation speed is 1/3 of the normal speed.
