Core Detailed Parameters
The parameter design is centered around “stainless steel characteristics + automated functions”. The key indicators are as follows:
Size specifications
Single door
Width 600-1200mm, height 2600-3500mm (suitable for single person/dual person passage);
Double door
Total passage width 1200-3000mm, height the same as single door (suitable for multiple people/pushing carts passage);
Door opening
Needs to be 100-150mm wider and 50-80mm higher than the door body, leaving space for motor and hardware installation.
Switching performance
Opening speed
0.3-0.8m/s, closing speed 0.2-0.6m/s (adjustable to avoid people being caught);
Sensing distance
Microwave sensing 5-8m (horizontal), infrared sensing 1-3m (vertical, to prevent accidental touch);
Waiting delay
3-30 seconds adjustable (automatically closes when no one is present, energy-saving).
Protection and durability
Impact resistance
Door body can withstand impact forces of 50N or less (not easy to deform);
Protection level
Motor box IP54 (dust-proof and splash-proof), sensing probe IP65 (dust-proof and waterproof, suitable for humid environments);
Service life
Stainless steel door body structure life 15-20 years, core components of the automated system life 8-12 years (normal maintenance).
Safety configuration
Anti-collision function
Equipped with infrared beam sensors (stop or reverse open immediately upon detecting an obstacle), buffer rubber strips (soft, reducing impact injuries);
Emergency function
Can be manually pushed open when power is off (push force ≤ 50N, in line with fire protection requirements), some models come with backup power supply (can maintain 3-5 switches after power off).
Main door body materials
The materials are centered around “stainless steel”, combined with auxiliary materials to enhance functionality. Specifically:
Door frame and automatic door crossbeam columns
Core materials
Use 304 stainless steel (most commonly used) or 316 stainless steel (high corrosion resistance, suitable for seaside, chemical, food workshop)
Thickness
Frame 1.0-1.5mm (load-bearing and stability), outer cover plate of crossbeam columns 1.0-1.5mm (flat and easy to clean)
Surface treatment
Brushed (anti-fingerprint, delicate touch), mirror finish (highly reflective, suitable for high-end places), sandblasting (matte, scratch-resistant).
Internal and sealing materials
Filling material
Welded by galvanized square tubes inside the door body (enhances deformation resistance)
Sealing material
Three-component ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) sealing strips around the door body (resistant to aging, -40℃ to 120℃ usable, dust-proof, sound insulation, heat preservation), bottom sealed rubber strips (stick to the ground when closing, prevents debris, prevents indoor/outdoor air convection, energy-saving).
Features of the Hardware System
Hardware and the automated system are deeply integrated, balancing “load-bearing, smoothness, and safety”. The key components are as follows:
Drive motor
Type
Use DC brushless motor (power 60-150W, noise ≤ 55dB, stable operation)
Advantages
Overload protection (loads exceeding the rated value by 1.5 times will automatically stop), overheating protection (motor temperature ≥ 120℃ will stop), suitable for high-frequency switching (daily switching 1000 times or more without pressure)
Pulley
Utilizes nylon-covered stainless steel pulleys (the outer layer is nylon for noise reduction, the inner layer is stainless steel for load-bearing, each pulley can bear a weight of ≥ 80kg, and the service life is ≥ 100,000 sliding operations)
