Dimensions and Customization
In addition to the standard model, it can also be made in an arc-shaped structure. The craftsmanship can adopt the dry-hanging method for the door frame and the aluminum plate grille decoration method. The maximum width of a single door panel is 1500mm, and the maximum span of two door panels is 3000mm. The height of the door opening is 2200-3500mm and can be customized to fit irregular spaces.
Operating Performance
The opening speed is 0.4-0.9m/s, and the closing speed is 0.3-0.8m/s. The turning radius of the arc-shaped door is ≥500mm. It supports one-way/bidirectional passage modes. The delay time for closing can be set through the controller (0-30s).
Sensing and Safety
The standard model comes with microwave radar (detecting distance 0.6-5m, angle 120°). Customized infrared beam groups can be selected for non-standard areas. The anti-clamping force is ≤30N. It automatically reverses upon encountering resistance. The arc-shaped door is additionally equipped with edge anti-collision strips.
Environment and Adaptability
The working temperature is -10℃-45℃, and the humidity is ≤90%RH. It can be compatible with access control systems (card swipe, face recognition), and some models support remote control via mobile APP.

Main Body Material
The basic model uses 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel plate (can be treated with polishing, sandblasting, or coating). The high-end model can choose titanium metal plate (with stronger corrosion resistance). The arc-shaped structure mostly uses tempered glass (thickness 12-15mm, light transmittance ≥90%).
Decorative Material
Customizable metal grilles (aluminum/copper) or use wired glass (with built-in metal wires, combining beauty with explosion-proof features) to enhance the layering effect.
Sealing Material
Customized silicone sealing strips for irregular gaps (fitting the arc shape of the door body, Shore hardness 45±5), resistant to aging and water, ensuring sealing performance not lower than that of conventional automatic doors.

Driving System
Arc-shaped door-specific DC brushless motor (power 100-150W), combined with arc-shaped track-specific transmission components (like synchronous belts, gears), with a running accuracy of ≤2mm, ensuring smooth sliding of the arc-shaped door body; the controller supports customized operating logic (such as segmented opening).
Track and Load-bearing
The arc-shaped track uses 6061-T6 aluminum alloy (arc-shaped track is integrated, surface anodized + sandblasted), with a load-bearing capacity of ≥350kg; the sliding wheels are custom-made POM (polyoxymethylene) material (compatible with the arc-shaped track, friction coefficient ≤0.04), with a single wheel load-bearing capacity of ≥60kg, wear-resistant and quiet.
Connecting and Fixing Parts
All hardware components (such as arc-shaped door hinges, glass clamps) are custom-made, with materials of 304 stainless steel or zinc alloy (surface chrome/hard black treatment), suitable for installation in arc-shaped structures, with a load-bearing strength 20% higher than conventional hardware, preventing door body deformation.
