Chitian Access Control customized an anti-cross-infection automatic door for a tertiary hospital in Zhengzhou to protect medical safety

Conducted specialized research and development

To meet the unique needs of hospital fever clinics, the Chitian access control team conducted specialized research and development.

  1. The door is constructed of antibacterial stainless steel with a special antibacterial surface treatment to inhibit the growth of common pathogens such as E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
  2. It also features an infrared sensor opening system for contactless door opening, preventing contact transmission. A sealing strip effectively blocks air flow when the door is closed, reducing the risk of cross-infection.
  3. The team also installed an emergency power supply to ensure manual opening of the door in the event of a power outage, ensuring unobstructed access to medical services.

Earning widespread praise from medical staff and patients

“Hospitals place extremely high demands on access control equipment, and no care is tolerated.” The project leader explained that the team worked closely with the hospital’s logistics department throughout the entire process, from on-site measurements to installation and commissioning, completing the entire equipment delivery process in just 10 days. The automatic doors have been operating smoothly for three months, earning widespread praise from medical staff and patients. The hospital plans to continue collaborating with Chitian Access Control for the construction of its new campus.
